With just 8 players available for the first game of the season and 2 players new to the junior league we knew it was going to be a tough game.
The junior 2nd team set out to improve on the performance from last game with lots of time spent in training and the warm up on straight line ball and attacking drives.
We always knew this game against Beacons would be a tough one, with the team having lots of playing experience together with playing at school & club.
Club started really strong against sabina winning the first quarter despite playing from a bare 7.
It was a slow start for club with only 1 goal being scored in the first quarter to Wealden's 4.
The Junior 2nd team showed how much they've improved through the season we've on of their best games so far.
